Driving thru the area and needed to stop for lunch... Arby's has the meat. Went in had a short wait to place my order. Ordered some roast beef sandwich and fries...both were made fresh for me. The food was great...hot, taste was great and all made like I ordered it.

Even with a full or slow moving line (which is to be expected in a place that makes everything to order) the employees are so calm and friendly. They always take time to let you finish ordering and never make you feel rushed. I know I will get my food right and my fries are always hot. 5 stars here!

I went there with a friend who had hyped himself up in anticipation of getting an Arby’s fish sandwich. To give a little perspective on how much he was looking forward to the fish sandwich, he rarely eats out, including fast food, as a matter of fact the last time he ate at a restaurant was with me nearly two years ago. Sadly, the fish sandwich was available only for a limited time and we were 3 days too late. The young lady who waited on us was incredibly patient, polite, helpful and very friendly, which I was very grateful for because I knew how big of a blow it was to him when he was told that the fish is no longer available. He took a solid 5 minutes to find something else to eat and it made him feel special when the clerk asked for his name for the order. We waited less than two minutes before she called out his name with as much enthusiasm and genuine gratitude for being given the honor of serving him. My 65 year old friend was made to feel like he mattered and I couldn’t be happier for the excellent service. I’m a lifelong fan of Arby’s and the food was as delicious as always. In my opinion and based on 50 years of experience, Arby’s is the Cadillac of fast food and if you are in the Cadillac area, give them a visit, you will be glad you did.

This was a treat compared to my hometown store. Big Chicken sandwich like it should be, not just a thin patty slapped on a bun.

Got there after 2:00pm, so I got the happy hour specials. Sliders were good. Curly fries were good and the Orange cream shake was delicious!

Fastest Arby's we've ever seen. Food was great, and my Jamocha shake was delicious, with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.

I went there and they totally did not get my order right at all. I ordered roast beef sliders they gave me something bizarre like a chicken and a rib. Then I cal called 4 times just to be told the voicemail is not been. Now I'm out $10. This is a poorly ran kid employed store. If you can avoid it go to the next place

Portions actually look like they do in the drive thru images which is pretty rare for a fast food place. You hardly have a wait time as well which is nice. Friendly staff tops it all off
