This location typically has good food, service, and keeps the restaurant clean. Two comments, I have seen workers looking at their cell phones while in the food prep area which isn’t very hygienic. It would be good if they had a no phone policy unless on break. And then today I was told I couldn’t get a roast beef sandwich for $2.50 although they are on special 4 for $10. If that is Arby’s policy that is RIDICULOUS. Why would I want to spend more money and waste food at the same time!
The food here is really good. We eat here often. They suffer from what most fast food places do, however. The food can be prepared very sloppily, and sometimes the staff is rude.
My friend and I went to the drive through at Arby’s, and while placing our order we giggled at each other over a joke that we made. The woman on the speaker told us that they could not have that in their drive through and that she had cancelled our order and that we needed to leave. My friend then asked if she was still there, and the lady told her that if we did not leave, she would call the cops on us. We are completely appalled at how we were treated.
I would give less than a 1 but that is the lowest you can rate them. Driving a handicapped person through the drive through in a handicapped van. Had to wait to order at the drive through, the digital screen messed up and took the menu away so we couldn’t see the new items. The person taking the order seemed agitated right from the start. We placed our order and asked for extra crispy fries and when it was handed out to us - the fries were not even golden so we asked if we could get crispy fries and the same person who took our order hatefully said they would have to burn them. I asked for a refund for the fries and she took them and walked away, then came back and said they were cooking more and would bring them out so we pulled up and when they brought them they were the same fries but they had fries them again and they were greasy. Needless to say we didn’t eat the fries! Everyone has bad days but they shouldn’t be the point of contact for the customers.
Food was good. Couldve used more meat, but i know its made by weight measurement as i saw an employee weighing out the meat. Apparently they hired a contractor to update the store who did all but one wall and part the roof. Plastic separates the open wall from customers. Bathrooms weren't the cleanest but I did come during a busy time.
Was decent. Got French dip. Crinkle cut fires and a side of cheddar cheese dipping sauce for sandwich and fries. Good portion size. Everything hit and fresh. Drive thru line was a bit slow. Had to eat in a hurry. Took several minutes 10 to get 4 cars through. Maybe need to take a page out if Chick Fil A manual on speeding up drive thru
My first time to try this restaurant. I like the fries 🍟 it's cute curly. I got the chicken sandwich and they got roast beef thing.
Fish sandwiches are great, they were fast at getting orders out, cashier was a disabled man however was fanominal at his job.. very friendly and speaking with everyone in my crew and even came out to the lobby to clean up and check on everyone. They were not slow and he still showed enthusiasm!! I would give this place 10 thumbs up just for hiring him!! Excellent work 👏
