Decent food for the price. I placed two mobile orders, received both a couple minutes earlier than the app said it would be ready. Only problem is I ordered an orange cream and a CHOCOLATE shake. Got home and realized the chocolate shake tasted like coffee when I finally went to drink it. Mildly upsetting since coffee is 1) not what I ordered and 2) gross, but service was otherwise good and timely.

Just visited this location. I was unable to order inside due manager being MIA again (employees words). Came in and said he was in parking lot on his phone in his car. He was needed to apparently to help first customer in line. I didn't have time to wait longer than the 5 minutes I had already waited. I could not use drive thru due to oversized vehicle. Very disappointing...

Got the wrong food that was ordered. Returned and was told we got someone else's order. Got home after new order was made and STILL got the wrong food. Drove back again, quite upset and the manager didn't like the way I acted. Well excuse me but I had to drive there twice because the order is wrong, like it's my fault? Manager needs to learn how to deal better with people, and maybe train better, she apparently isn't training her workers how to take an order properly.

The food was good, solid Arby's food. They were out of curly fries which I understand running out of food..but that's also why we go there is for their curly fries. We placed 3 meals through the drive thru and we were the only customers. It wasn't until we got home that we noticed our drinks were wrong. We ordered 2 cokes and a chocolate shake and what we got was 2 diet Cokes and a vanilla shake. If they had been super busy then I could maybe understand but they were dead. It's just annoying that lately fast food can't get the order right now matter where we go.

I have continued great experiences at this location. But got to remember to ask for fresh curly fries. They were busy but staff was friendly with a smile. The food was hot and my order was correct. Fries could have been a little fresher.

It's Arby's, you get what you expect. The staff is generally pretty congenial, and for a fast food joint the place is pretty clean. The food is exactly what you get at every Arby's, but I've never had them get an order wrong, so that's a point in their favor.

Had a jamoca shake and it was fantastic. But I really miss their potato cakes a great deal. They were one of my favorite things to eat there, and to be perfectly honest it doesn't seem like Arby's without them.

Went the other day around afternoon to old town for errands. Wanted to get a snack, out of all options I chose arbys cause arbys bussin. I tried both sides of the building. They were both locked. The drive thru was working, I shouldn’t need a car to get food. I called and asked why they were locked, she said “we only open the doors to people that ask.” Okay? Decided I didn’t need to ask permission to eat, so I’m asking for a free roast beef. Make it a double. I’ll be waiting for a response.
