DO NOT EAT AT THIS ARBY'S. A good friend of mine went there last week and found this in his sandwich. No action has been taken in regards to this incident but we are following up with our legal team.

Grabbed dinner at the drive-thru, the food was made correctly and served fast and fresh. The service was better than most of the others in town. Overall, it was a good experience. I used the drive thru, so I can't really tell you much about the inside atmosphere.

If you like Philly Cheesesteak don't expect to get anything like one at Arby's. You won't get the steak and forget about the right kind of cheese. What I got was about a slice of beef that was cut into little squares and SPRINKLED over a sort sub bun with a lot of melted cheese that tasted like white cheddar cheese with little bits of cooked sweet pepper bits mixed in. Mostly melted mild cheese that was soaking through the bun and the thin square little meaty "bits" tasted like processed lunchmeat slices.. rubbery. At first I thought there was no meat and that the bits were mushrooms but no.. there was no mushrooms or onions on the thing. I took a bite or two then threw the whole sandwich/concoction away. What a disappointment, like when they ruined the roast beef au jus sub by changing the hard roll with a soft bun. Back to just ordering the regular double roast beef sandwich.. the only thing they can do right anymore. I had hopes.. :( Oh and cost of meal $12!! For a few dollars more I could have had a whole 10 oz steak dinner just blocks down the street.

Aweful service, got our order wrong, then made us wait 45 mins to give us the money they owe us, that we Never got our money back. Then they tried to hand us cold food. Would not recommend going there

Should change the name from boneless chicken pieces to deep fried breading with sauce ordered the 9 piece pieces were so skinny and small looked like just breading no chicken

Last night I ordered the wagu burger for the second time .the first one I had inside the place was bomb so I figured I'd give it a second go. This time I drove through it was hard chewy was just plain nasty .

We had roast beef sandwich n crinkle fries n my hubby had gyros and all of it tasted old n cold. But the new Mac n cheese bowl with other ingredients was great.

The cheesesticks are ALWAYS old. I asked for new ones and they just waited about two minutes and gave me more hard cheesesticks. I stopped going there. It happens every single time.
