Breakfast Menu "Apulia" Hoboken

Would recommend but Good & Bad. Good= Pizza was on point! The Diavola was as good as in Italy. Also, the back patio is cute and relaxing. Bad= they actually charged us for spicy oil! (the oil that every other decent pizza place hands you the bottle, for free, they put probably 2 tablespoons in metal ramekin and put $2 on the bill without mentioning).

The food here is always amazing and consistent. My boyfriend and I have been here a few times now, and it truly never disappoints. The staff and the environment are so welcoming and it has such a fun vibe. To start, we had the Frisée salad which was so fresh and the balsamic mustard vinaigrette was such a nice touch for contrast. We always share for our entrees the Cotolette di casa and the Bigoli cacio e pepe, they are truly some of the best we’ve had in this city for chicken cutlet and pasta options. The drinks here are also really good and reasonably priced. Definitely check out the affogato, it’s gelato topped with espresso and is truly the perfect ending to the meal! I cannot recommend this place enough, great for dine in or take out.

Quaint and charming. Cozy and chill ambiance. One qualm is the playlist repeated itself during the course of our meal. Caesar salad was awesome and lived up to the hype-personally I enjoyed the light hand and more airy dressing. Pizza was slightly flimsy but the stuff (cheese prosciutto, arugula honey) on it was great. Burrata was colder than you’d expect but creamy and everything you’d want. My fav was the spaghetti sea food special w the yum yum yummiest octo bits inside! Cacio e pepe was very rich and flavorful. Sometimes you just need a heaping plate of thick cheesy creamy pasta! Dessert: lovely decadent gelato (vanilla hazelnut and cinnamon were just divine) our server was insightful and helpful. We will be back soon!

Apulia is one of the best restaurants Hoboken has to offer. From the food, to the staff and atmosphere it is a wonderful place to eat and with their new bar, best place just for a quick drink!

Cozy place, comfortable seats, and friendly staff. Food was good and prices are fair. Loved the wood fired pizza, tomato sauce needs that extra zing but it could have been that one day's batch. Will definitely come back.

Delicious pizza! We also got the caesar salad which was wonderful but I forgot to get a picture of it. I loved the atmosphere of this place and the service was fantastic. I do not agree with the reviews saying that this place rushes you to finish as we went at peak dinner time and we were not rushed at all.

Relatively new to Hoboken and a welcomed addition!! Although the sign on the storefront refers to a "pizza" place, and that's where they have the most options on the menu, it is so much more. The Italian style gourmet pizza that we had was delicious. It did remind me of the pizza in Italy. Great seafood- prawns, swordfish, salmon and sushi grade tuna antipasti was amazing! The pasta dishes were served "aldente" which is personally how I love pasta. The staff was friendly and attentive. Good espresso is a must and I wasn't disappointed. Great for groups of all kinds and all ages. Indoor and outdoor seating in the front and rear options for sun or shade. Don't forget to BYOB.
