Food was great! We got the volcano and super protein rolls and hibachi steak & shrimp. Our chef did a great job cooking and entertaining!

Fantastic sushi with a nice ambiance and great service, couldn't ask for more. Harry our server is always so cheery and delightful. He knows what customer services, and keeps us entertained with a level of attentiveness you'd expect from a high end restaurant. The sushi is great quality and well presented. The decore is nice and inviting. There is outdoor seating as well. They have a nice sized bar inside as well. Note that this refers to the Lake Mary location. I can't comment on any others.

Wow—poop veins in all of our shrimp. Yummy, right? I’m really not even sure what else there is to say here. You don’t serve someone a $60 takeout order and not properly clean the shrimp. We live about 25 minutes away so I gave them a call and let them know and their response was that I could drive the food back to the restaurant to get a refund.

I'd give the place a C+ atmosphere is about the same in any upscale place. The food we got was good but with its price that should be a given. Over it's not a bad place if a group was coming here I'd not object. But not going to make the trip on my own. There are other Japanese grill's that are better value.

A couple of years ago, I left a great review as everything was great. That is not the case anymore. Out of the 2 hours we spent at the restaurant most of it was waiting for our food. My wings came without the sauce as the kitchen refused to put it on the wings in fear I would say it was too spicy, even tho I asked for it to be spicy. We barely had any refills, so we asked the hostess for some and she said I’m not your server and left. No kidding you’re not our server. You’d think I’d recognize our server, even tho she was missing in action. The icing on the cake, was the price they charged for their scallop and shrimp dish. $33 for 4 small shrimps and scallops and a handful of green beans. Outrageous. The dumpling soup was a big let down as well. Not sure I’ll be coming back again.

I called to Amura shortly prior my Zoom business call while I was driving . I asked them if it will be possible for me to of pick up my order in 50 minutes. Surprisingly, they declined and asked me to call back in 20 minutes to place my order which I explained to them wouldn’t be possible as I am on a business call. Otherwise if I place it right now, they said that my order will be sitting at the desk for over 30 min and they can’t keep it in the fridge. I am a local, very loyal customer and super extremely disappointed how bad then treated me how careless they are

We have been here so many times, and normally I would rate them a 5 star, but tonight, an $18 drink that hadn’t even had a sip taken out of it was spilled all over the table. The waitress was semi MIA and the manager (Charles) wouldn’t even bat an eye at getting us a new one; despite the $200+ we spent. They literally charged us $18 for a spilled drink. We had to look for the waitress several times when we needed something. Normally the service is awesome and our night is awesome. Poor management can really hurt and establishment and deter regular customers. It’s very unfortunate. We would have stayed longer and spent more money, but after this incident, we left and spent our money else where.

Food was disgusting on every level. $80 and just walked out. Waitress got the order wrong. Little half size portions. The manager had to come over and correct that issue. Blamed having new cooks. The egg rolls were the worst ever. I don’t think they ever clean their fryer. Never again. Total trash
