This place has the best 3ft and 6ft wedges (Italian combo our fave). Its such a great hit, we have to hide some for ourselves, they disappear so fast. Its the best feeling when you know people are looking forward to great food and times. Thanks Ciro and Becky for the great service and dishes!!
Come to stop less often since I don't work In Stamford but when I do get an opportunity to get something to eat. I'll come here before any other food establishment get my money. Great food and service with a smile.
Hardly any meat on the Italian combo I got. And at $13, I expect a little more. Won't be back here, not worth the money. Also, I paid $3 for Chili, and I got about a tablespoonful in a tiny plastic container.
Best tuna salad I've ever had. The horseradish in the spicy deli mustard really gave it 'that edge'.
Ciro, Becky and the crew have been wonderful to my husband and I for going on 4 years. Their food and friendliness is just the icing on the cake of wonder that this amazing deli has to offer! I’m going to miss these folks when we move our West later this year!
Great food, fast service, guy behind the counter was super friendly. Inside was clean and well kept. Great place to grab lunch.
The American Deli team is amazing. I always feel welcomed in the place and the staff is very friendly. The food is amazing and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the Mac and Cheese with Chicken or anything with their Chipotle Mayo on it. I am a frequent, returning customer of theirs. Won my heart about a year ago now. Enjoy everyone.
I found this deli one day on my way to West Beach in Stamford and ever since then I go here every time I go to the beach. Since I don't live in the area I can't get here often, but when I'm in Stamford I love getting food here. I think the food quality is high, the service is fast and the prices are fair. My friends and I look forward to picking up sandwiches here on our way to the beach and we're anyways impressed with the food. It's one of those deli's that's a diamond in the rough.
