Breakfast Menu "308 Lakeside" East Brookfield

I’ve heard so much about 308 Lakeside so I was excited to go and check it out. The food was decent but the views were spectacular. It can get a bit chilly so it would be a good idea to bring a sweater. It’s a really laid back place and kid friendly. It’s the perfect place to grab a drink, relax and watch the sunset.

Me and my husband went for dinner Friday night. We made reservations and put we wanted to be seated outside because it's always a hassle to get a spot out there, I was extremely happy we were able to sit out there this time. I had an espresso martini which was strong but I loved that! I ordered the alfredo with steak which was s good, and my husband got the fish and chips and the fish was huge, he loved it! We have been coming here for years and every trip is always a great experience! Highly recommend coming here if your in the area and never been!

Other 308 staff, You are absolutely amazing!! 👏 ❤️ I am a teacher in the area. Our children were welcomed to your beautiful restaurant with open arms and treated like kings and queens! The experience we had there, while over looking the beautiful lake, will always be a treasured memory. So much thought and detail was put into place to make sure our children had a great time. A table was set up by the lake covered in child friendly decor, kid cups to take home, crayons ect. Staff set up a table full of yumming toppings to make our very own brownie sundaes. Best part, it was a surprise to us! We cannot thank you enough. Specially donating everything to the children asking nothing in return! What a thoughtful and caring group of people here in our East Brookfield community! If you haven't been to this gem in our little town please check it out! you won't be disappointed. Thank you again 308!! Also I have eaten here with my family we absolutely 💯 love the food!

Very spectacular service. I ordered the Thursday special of shrimp primavera, and it tasted like spring. It was bland but I dig that because it wasn’t salty and heavy at all. My fiancé got the French sandwich, and that was good! My mom got the fish and chips. We went during the nighttime, so there wasn’t much of a view of the lake, but we will probably try again in the afternoon/day time! There aren’t many restaurants around this area, so I highly recommend!

We had never been here before but we were searching around for places in Western Massachusetts to eat on the water. Even though it was a bit out of the way for us, I'm so glad we came as it was definitely worth the drive! We had a great birthday lunch for my mother in law. It was raining the day we went yet we still had a great view from the dining room as we were seated in front of their large windows that have great views of the lake. Our waitress Jennifer was one of the best we've had for service in a long time (we've been on the road for almost the last month eating at many places and restaurants between Provincetown, Mass and Toronto, Canada, so that says a lot). The food was delicious. My MIL had the baked haddock, husband had fish n chips and I had beef serloion tips. Drinks were excellent. My 11 month old baby was with us and there was a kids menu so we got him Mac and cheese. They even brought out a cake and candle at the end of our meal for mom. There's a sign on the door saying that they will be closed during October 2023 for renovations. We will be back before then while the weather is still nice so we can hopefully sit out on their outdoor patio.

Lakeside is a restaurant situated exactly near a lake. There is a small parking outside. We were not lucky to be seated outside to catch the views, so instead we had to stay inside. The waiters are nice and polite. The food is good. The only one and the biggest issue - are FLIES! They were everywhere. Instead of enjoying the meal, all you have to do is monitor if there are no flies in your plates. If they are not on the table, they are crawling on your legs. Seriously, I barely remember anything about restaurant, all my focus was only on flies. One of my kids is terrified about every flying insect, he was in a continuous stress. Have no idea if outside is the same problem, but owners have to do something about it. I know it won't look fancy, but sticky fly catchers would be a solution.

The is the second time I've been here and both times were excellent. Great food, great service, great view. Drinks are on point and pricing is right.
